I'm not usually a Kroger fan but this one does make me reconsider it ! I love that this location isn't over crowded whether I come during the day or right after work. It's always clean and well stocked too They have plenty of self-checkout stations which is nice, but I usually opt for a regular check out lane because the cashiers are always so sweet and actually make small talk with you. Generally all the staff is very upbeat and positive in my experience which is refreshing ! This location also has plenty of parking ! The lot is huge ! And it's easy to get in/out of as there are entrances/exits on both sides (convenient since each street is a one way)

Great supermarket, nice service , awesome costumers service . Very good prices and convenient.

This is my main grocery store that I use. The store is very spacious and always well-stocked. staff are very friendly and helpful.

Did the online pick up and all of my items were perfect and in place and the produce was well picked out. Service was a good pace considering it was Memorial Day and there was plenty of parking for pick up on the side of the building so away from the hustle and bustle of the store front.

The closest grocery store to the house. It's usually a choice between this for the HEB up the road. This store is dated and a little bit messy/ old, especially when compared to HEB. However, it works, it's fine, and Krogers tend to have daily or weekly specials unlike HEB. Not the best service but good enough.

I can't remember if I have been to this Shepard Kroger store, since I don't visit The Heights often. I was here because of Kroger Fuel and Kroger Rewards. I saved 80 cents per gallon or $10.50 for this fill-up. It was a scorching day. Temperature at about 100 degrees. Yeah, my bald head needed to cool off after standing in the sun pumping gas. The store gave me a wow effect. Everything is stocked up. There was not an empty shelf where I went. I didn't come here for my weekly grocery shopping because I was running errands. I don't want my groceries to be roasted with me in my car. Produce section is fully stocked. I guess Kroger is back to business. (I had to confirm it at my usual Kroger store at Elmside. Otherwise, were in trouble.) It might be the lightning. Everything was visibly fresher than other stores. No kidding. I will be back for a thorough shopping trip in a few weeks.
